We do not accept returns on any orders, as all products are custom-made specifically for you. Please make sure to review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted under the following condition:
Manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product, or production faults)

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must provide a mandatory unboxing video as proof, clearly showing the defect or issue from the moment you open the package.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at [your support email/contact here] with your order details and unboxing video.

Important Notes

  • No exchanges will be accepted without the unboxing video — this helps us verify the issue and prevent misuse.

  • We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the defective item back to us if requested; we will guide you through the process if your exchange is approved.
