Exchanges are only accepted under the following condition:

To be eligible for an exchange:
You must provide a mandatory unboxing video as proof, clearly showing the defect or issue from the moment you open the package.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at [your support email/contact here] with your order details and unboxing video.
No exchanges will be accepted without the unboxing video — this helps us verify the issue and prevent misuse.
We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences.
Customers are responsible for shipping the defective item back to us if requested; we will guide you through the process if your exchange is approved.
