Order Processing

At KOWF, all items are made to order — this means each piece is specially crafted just for you after you place your order.
  • Production Time: 7–10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Delivery Time: 5–6 working days (after production is complete)
Please allow a total of 15 days from the date you place your order for your item to reach you.

Shipping Details

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location or unexpected courier delays, but we do our best to deliver on time.

  • Since all products are custom-made, we do not keep ready stock.
  • Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details to avoid delivery issues.
