Silver Jewellery Exchange & Buyback Policy
At KOWF, we believe in maintaining transparency and building long-term trust with our customers. We offer exchange and buyback options for eligible silver jewellery purchased from KOWF, subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Silver Jewellery Exchange Policy
- Customers wishing to exchange their previously purchased KOWF silver jewellery for new jewellery will receive an **exchange value of 50% of the original silver jewellery purchase price.
- The exchange value can be used towards the purchase of new jewellery from KOWF.
- The exchange value cannot be redeemed as cash.
- Any price difference between the exchange value and the new jewellery purchase must be paid by the customer.
2. Silver Jewellery Buyback Policy (Cash Value)
If a customer wishes to sell their silver jewellery back to KOWF and receive money instead of exchanging it:
- The buyback value will be calculated according to the prevailing silver market rate at the time of buyback.
- Only the actual silver content and verified net silver weight will be considered for valuation.
- Making charges, labour charges, diamond costs, stone costs, customisation charges and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- Diamonds, moissanite and other gemstones will not be included in the silver buyback valuation.
- The final amount will be determined after physical inspection, purity verification and weight assessment.
3. Terms & Conditions
- This policy applies only to eligible silver jewellery originally purchased from KOWF.
- Original purchase invoice or valid proof of purchase is required.
- Jewellery must undergo quality, purity and authenticity verification.
- The weight of diamonds, gemstones and other non-silver materials will be excluded from the silver weight calculation.
- Exchange and buyback requests are subject to inspection and approval by KOWF.
- KOWF reserves the right to reject items that do not meet its verification requirements.
- The final exchange or buyback value will be communicated to the customer before the transaction is completed.

Ring Size Issues
We understand that selecting the correct ring size can sometimes be difficult. If the size selected by the customer is incorrect, we offer ring size adjustment wherever possible.
We can generally increase or decrease the ring size by up to 2–3 sizes, subject to the design, setting, and construction of the ring.
The possibility of resizing is entirely dependent on the individual ring design. Some rings may not be suitable for resizing.
Any request for a size change beyond the feasible resizing range may require the ring to be remade as a new ring.
In such cases, a 50% charge of the original order value may apply for making a new ring.
The new ring will be started only after we receive the original ring back at our office.
The customer is responsible for safely shipping the original ring to us.
Return & Exchange Shipping Charges
For any return, exchange, or ring-size adjustment, the return courier/shipping charges are payable by the customer.
The product must be securely packed and shipped to our office. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused during the customer's return shipment.
Important Note
Ring-size adjustment and exchange eligibility are subject to the design and condition of the product. Customized, altered, engraved, or specially made pieces may have different terms.
