Cancellation Policy

At KOWF, every piece of jewelry is crafted with precision and care. As most of our products are made-to-order, we request customers to review their orders carefully before placing them.

Partial COD Orders

  • Partial COD orders require an advance payment of 10% of the order value.

  • The advance amount paid for Partial COD orders is strictly non-refundable in case of order cancellation.

  • If a customer refuses delivery or the shipment is returned to us (RTO), the advance payment will not be refunded.

Prepaid Orders

  • Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • In case of an approved cancellation within 24 hours, 10% of the order value or ₹500 (whichever is higher) will be deducted as processing charges.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of order placement may not be accepted, as production and processing may have already begun.

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy for Partial COD Orders

  • If a Partial COD order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) by the courier company due to non-delivery, refusal, incorrect address, or unavailability of the customer, the order will not be automatically reshipped.

  • To reship the order, the customer must convert the order to a fully prepaid order by paying the remaining balance amount.

  • Reshipment will be processed only after full payment is received.

Order Cancellation by KOWF

KOWF reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Operational constraints

In such cases, eligible payments will be refunded as per the applicable payment method.
