Cancellation Policy
At KOWF, every piece of jewelry is crafted with precision and care. As most of our products are made-to-order, we request customers to review their orders carefully before placing them.
Partial COD Orders

Partial COD orders require an advance payment of 10% of the order value.

The advance amount paid for Partial COD orders is strictly non-refundable in case of order cancellation.

If a customer refuses delivery or the shipment is returned to us (RTO), the advance payment will not be refunded.
Prepaid Orders

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

In case of an approved cancellation within 24 hours, 10% of the order value or ₹500 (whichever is higher) will be deducted as processing charges.

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of order placement may not be accepted, as production and processing may have already begun.
RTO (Return to Origin) Policy for Partial COD Orders

If a Partial COD order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) by the courier company due to non-delivery, refusal, incorrect address, or unavailability of the customer, the order will not be automatically reshipped.

To reship the order, the customer must convert the order to a fully prepaid order by paying the remaining balance amount.

Reshipment will be processed only after full payment is received.

KOWF reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability

Pricing or technical errors

Suspected fraudulent activity

Operational constraints
In such cases, eligible payments will be refunded as per the applicable payment method.
