Ring Size Issues
We understand that selecting the correct ring size can sometimes be difficult. If the size selected by the customer is incorrect, we offer ring size adjustment wherever possible.
We can generally increase or decrease the ring size by up to 2–3 sizes, subject to the design, setting, and construction of the ring.
The possibility of resizing is entirely dependent on the individual ring design. Some rings may not be suitable for resizing.
Any request for a size change beyond the feasible resizing range may require the ring to be remade as a new ring.
In such cases, a 50% charge of the original order value may apply for making a new ring.
The new ring will be started only after we receive the original ring back at our office.
The customer is responsible for safely shipping the original ring to us.
Return & Exchange Shipping Charges
For any return, exchange, or ring-size adjustment, the return courier/shipping charges are payable by the customer.
The product must be securely packed and shipped to our office. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused during the customer's return shipment.
Important Note
Ring-size adjustment and exchange eligibility are subject to the design and condition of the product. Customized, altered, engraved, or specially made pieces may have different terms.
