What is custom jewellery at KOWF?
Instead of picking from a catalogue, you tell us what you want — a photo, a sketch or a description. Our team designs it, you approve it, and we make it in your metal and stone.
What can I get customised?
Rings (men's diamond rings, couple rings), studs and earrings, pendants, chains, Cuban bracelets, tennis bracelets, mangalsutras, kids' jewellery, name and initial jewellery. If it can be made in metal and stone, we can usually make it.
How long does a custom order take?
12 to 15 working days from design approval to dispatch. Ready designs on the website ship faster.
How does the process work?
1. Share your idea — Customise form on kowf.in or WhatsApp us a photo, link or description.
2. Design and quote — our jewellery expert calls you to finalise design, metal, stone and budget.
3. Approve — making starts only after you approve the final design.
4. Making — in-house, 12–15 working days.
5. Delivery — anywhere in India or internationally.
Can I send my own design or reference photo?
Yes. Most custom orders start with a reference photo or link. Upload it on the Customise page or send on WhatsApp.
Can you remake my old jewellery?
Yes. We redesign old pieces into new designs. Send a photo and we will tell you what is possible.
Price and payment
How much does custom jewellery cost?
Depends on metal, weight, stone and design. Silver pieces with moissanite start around ₹2,000. Gold and natural diamond pieces are quoted on your design. Pick a budget range on the Customise form and we design within it.
Is custom more expensive than ready-made?
Not necessarily. Every KOWF piece is made to order, so custom and ready designs are priced the same way: metal, stone and work.
Do I pay in advance?
Custom orders are confirmed with a payment after design approval. Our team explains the exact terms with the quote.

What is the lifetime replating warranty?
If the gold or rhodium finish on your silver jewellery fades, we replate it, for life. Contact support with your order details.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces are made only for you, so they cannot be returned. Ring-size exchange and manufacturing defects are covered under our Return and Exchange policy.
